When will I receive my order?

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days, but delivery will depend on the shipping service you select. We use FedEx and USPS. After your order ships, you will be able to track your package. Shipping speeds are typically based on business days.

Can I get free shipping?

Yes, if you spend $50 or more on merchandise, not including taxes. Free shipping is only available for U.S. domestic addresses within the 50 states.

Can I get my order shipped to P.O. Boxes?

Not with FedEx, but if you choose to ship via USPS, we should be able to ship to most P.O. Boxes.

Can I get my order shipped to international/APO/FPO/U.S. Territory addresses?

Currently, we only ship orders to U.S. domestic addresses within the 50 states. We do not ship to international addresses, APO, FPO, or U.S. Territory addresses.

If you have a specific shipping request, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you, but you will need to pay for shipping and handling, even if you spend $35 or more on merchandise.
